Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to enquire about the cancellation of a part-time MBA course that I had opted for one week ago.

Let me elaborate on the situation. Last week, I had applied for the part-time MBA program in “Finance Management”, and I received an invitation link for the same. Since there was a deadline provided, I booked a slot so as to not miss out on the opportunity. For further clarification, my booking ID is AQ235YT and I made the booking on June 20th, 2024.

Through further research, I came to the conclusion that my skill set is not aligned with the selected stream. Moreover, I came across a few other programs that would complement my potential skills. Because of this reason, I have decided to withdraw my name from the opted course.

Having said that, I kindly request you to cancel my booking and allow me to explore other course options. While going through your website, I came across a program in Human Resource Management which piqued my interest. Hence, I would be grateful if you could provide me with the details for making the switch.
