Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to cancel my booking on a part-time course at your college. Last week, I have enrolled your program, Workplace Counseling, through your website. There will be six lectures that held on Tuesday night on a weekly schedule. However, I am no longer be available to attend the classes so I would like to make a cancellation.

I am recently been relocated to work in another town, which significantly affected my availability. It takes more than half an hour to traveling from my workplace to the college, making it nearly impossible for me to participate in the classes punctually. Therefore, regretfully, I have no choice but to cancel my registration of this course.

Despite this, it has come to my attention that your college is also offering programs on the weekend which I could take part in. I am particularly interested in the “Behavioral health” course on every Saturday morning. I would like to inquire if there is any vacancy and the following application procedure.
