Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and best of spirits. I am writing this letter in order to inform you of the cancellation of the course I have registered.

Firstly, I want to let you know that i have signed up for the Project Management course, which is held online. My name is Sanaz Alizadeh and I have studied Industrial Engineering in your college.

Secondly, I am required to cancel such a course based on the consultation I made with my senior manager at my workplace, resulting in the change of my mind. To be more specific, he adviced me to enroll in the renowned specific related course in our branch, which is more fruitful for my career development.

Finally, I seek an opportunity to devote some time to my interest in my leisure time. Therefore, I have decided to gain an in-depth insight into cooking and baking, and I would like to book the course related to them instead of Project Mnagement course.

I look forward to hearing a positive response in terms of the exchange of courses.
