Dear sir,

I enrolled in a civil engineering certificate course in your reputed college. The course will kickoff after two weeks. I already paid full fees to the college and took part in one of the seminars last week conducted by Mr. John which was based on highlights about that certificate course. The total duration of the course is about 6 months, my enrollment number is 562438.

I am so excited about the course which will surely elevate my knowledge and skills that will definitely help me in my professional engineering career. Unfortunately, I want to take off my name from that course due to some family emergency. I am travelling out of the town for next 2 months with my family, so I am not able to participate in upcoming civil engineering course at your college.

I am planning to take similar course from your college later this year in winter. As I am aware that the fees which I already paid to the college is carry forward to the next term. I want to know that what are the similar programs that are available in the month of December, so that I can filter it out from the list. Also, will surely appreciate your recommendations for the program.
