Are you doing everything well? Today, I would like to send this letter because the disagreement in our daily life. I think that we should do something to sovle it to ensure the friendly atmosphere between us and also make it more comfortable in our daily life in the future.

In my opinion , there may something happened when we become neighbor.I feel so diconvinience and uncomfortable if I can not make this problem clearly with you.We also have to live near to each other for very long time, so if we cannot solve it it will be very uncomfortable for both of us in the future. During the time I live near your house,if I do something that may make you misunderstand or even feel angry. I would like to apologise for my careless actions. I hope you will feel comfortable and willing to have a talk with me. Therefore, I send this letter to ask if we can meet at the cafe shop next monday to explain about the difficulties between us and find the solution to help us feel more comfortable.

Please reply whenever you ready for our meeting. Tell me if you want to change the time of the appointment. I hope to recieve letter from you.
