Dear Yandex Taxi.
I was waiting to the taxist for 30 minutes, i have to come to the airport on time, but i was late because of your worker. I miss my flight and because of this spend lots of my money to get new one ticket. The taxist did not apologized, and kept silent.
I was really shocked, i have never experienced anything as awfull as this situation. Because of the missed flight, i could not have apologize to my mother, and she left this world. The taxis was self-centered, and he asked for more money then i owe him, i sayed that i do not have more money, and he started shouting on me.
I wonder you will take the risks and he will be punished. You can just speak with him, to his apologises, but if he does not want to apologize, i will sue on him.
In conclusion, i really like your service, but i hope you will take action. This sitaution was really nasty, so please text me back if something will happen
