I am writing this letter to inform you that, although your cleaning service is better than others, I have a problem with your staff’s work.
Firstly, I will explain why I am not satisfied with your company and what is wrong in my house. On top of my list, there is a problem with the cleaning and tidying of the rooms. What I mean by this is that the kitchen is not well-cleaned, and some dishes are broken. I saw that the surface of the table is not cleansed well, and there is a problem with the placement of the dishes. Additionally, there are some things that are broken, such as plates, ancient jugs, and so on.
For the reasons mentioned above, I am sorrowful about your service. Because I gave you money equal to the price of a mobile phone, but the results are not as good as I expected. Your service is not working properly for the price you are asking. Furthermore, your staff members are not working fast. For these reasons, I am not glad with your service.
Finally, I would like to offer some suggestions that you might like. I would like your service to clean the house and ask for a quarter of the price you asked before. As a result, if your service works fine the second time, I will be glad. But if not, I will ask for a refund of half of my money.
