Dear Building Manager,

The purpose of writing this letter is to inform you regarding the continuous noise of renovation things going on in our building, which is affecting my daily routines.

To begin with, I will be having a presentation in the upcoming week and I have to get done with my research and other related stuff by the day after tomorrow. Because of this construction, I am not able to focus on my task. Construction workers constantly bother me with their chit-chats while they are working. Not only this, but building alarms are like “cherry on the top”, hence, it’s started since morning and still not stopped yet!

Nevertheless, if this still continues then I might not be able to complete my presentation and that will directly impacts my job. Lastly, I have no other option left as I have to finish my presentation in order to save my career.

However, I would kindly request the staff to bring some solution to this trouble and execute it as soon as possible. What solution?
