Dear sir or Madam,

I am writing in connection with my computer’s maintaince which directly was send to your factory, by 20th of july this year. The reference number of the damaged computer is AZS4391.

First of all, I would like to describe the problem that accures frequently, enabling me to use my computer at my workplace. Straight to the point, it involves a screen that frequently turns off during a running computer.

I could not complain at all, after the first repair (the issue with disappearing graphic fixed), if the screen which was exchanged for new one, had the same metrics as previously and in result of that same graphic quality.

In this situation, I would like to request for a new screen complied with fabric specification, for better quality that allows me back to my duties regardless to work.
