The process diagram illustrates the procedure of manufacturing and recycling paper.
Overall, the process involves 10 steps. It is mainly divided into two stages; the first seven steps involve producing the paper, and the rest of the procedure demonstrates how to recycle the paper. The method of production starts from felling the trees and finally ends with rolling the paper. Furthermore, steps 7 to 10 involve the recycling of paper.
The process begins with felling the trees, then removing the bark from the trees using drum. In the next step, the chipping of wood takes place with the help of a chipper. Afterwards, wood chipppings are sent into a refiner where they are transformed into pulp. After completing this step, the pulp undergoes processing and consequently, results in rolling the paper and printing the newspaper.
Now, the recycling process commences here. The newspapers were collected and removing their ink. This paper is then converted into pulp and after processing it is again converted into paper.
