The picture illustrated the manufacturing process of olive oil scratch from the fields. The whole process are consist of seven simple steps. The first step required picking raw olives from the olive tree and rinsing it with cold water to clear all the dirt.
After washing up the first step is to send it to the moving belt, where olive passes to a smashing machine which seprates olive stones and make a paste of raw olives. After that the olive paste put into the bags with holes which passes to the pressing machine. In this steo olive pastes are pressed to creathe thin layer. The pressed olive paste then required sepration process. In this part the olive oil and water get seprated from each other in the seprating container.
The final froduct which is olive oil send to the storage area and further to the shops and market for sale.
