Overall, Tokyo has always minus numbers but Madrid and Frankfurt showed always plus points, big change was in London 1996-2002 it was high in all countries but in 1990-1995 year London illustrated low numbers in all countries except Tokyo.
There are a number of ups and downs in 1990 -1995 in average house prices in 5 cities. New York, Tokyo, and London indicated -5 and -7 percent change from 1989 prices. In comparison with other countries Madrid and Frankfurt showed 1 and 2 percent changes in prices from 1989.
There are albeit in varying degrees in 1996-2002 in average house prices. Only Tokyo had low percentage around -5 but other cities illustrated 5 percent New York, 4 percent Madrid, 2 percent Frankfurt and 11 percent London
