In my country, new year is quite important, especially for young people and families. It is seen as a fresh start, a time to forget past problems and make new goals. Many people also take it as an opportunity to spend time with loved ones and reflects on their lives.

New year is usually celebrated on the night of 31st December. People gather with friends and family, either at home or at different events. There are parties, music, and lots of food. At midnight, people count down the last second together and welcome the new year with cheers. In big cities, there are often fireworks, which make the atmosphere very exciting and joyful. Some people also go out to restaurants or public places to celebrate.

What i like most about new year celebrations in my country is the happiness and togetherness. Everyone seems excited and positive, and it feels like a moment when people forget their worries and enjoy themselves. I also love the fireworks and the feeling of a new beginning.
