Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to you to give a premium validation on my friend Tom, who I reckon should be the suitable for the job position working at the international school.

Firstly, as a friendly, warm and outgoing person, his character fits the work position well. During work, he will communicate with the foreign teenagers fluently and his students will like him due to his personality. Besides, he is also accountable and with sense of obligation, he will take students’ demand as his own priority and have a good relationship with his colleagues.

Moreover, he is professional with several relavent certificates and qualifications. He obtained psychology and education degree several years ago, ensuring he is capable of improving of students’ mental health. He also have science aplitute and good at explaining some deep theory with easy understanding examples. It would beneficial for students to attend his classes, understanding science in a fun and quick way.

Lastly, I would like to recommend him not just because he is one of my good friends, but also he is fully qualified and prepared for this position. If you hire him, he will only bring benefits to your institution.
