Dear Sir or Madam,
I am pariculary satisfied with the services provided by library. One of the aspects I appreciate most is the wide range of books available, which supported me to enhance my english language by reading many books english. Another advantage is its convenient location near my university, that allows me to spend my breaks there.
However, I have experienced some difficulties when entering the library. That because everyday I need to fill in personal information for new access from information desk, which will waste at leadt 5 minutes from my time.
I would like to suggest employing one person for regestration system, this service could be benefical for many visitor and attractive more students which increase a number of customers.
I am very apperciated for asking me and looking foward to improvement.
