Dear Madam,
I have a life-time membership of your library and I am a regular visitor too. Spending quality time while browsing through library collection is one of my favourite weekend task. The enormous collection of books, comfortable furniture’s and natural lightings of library are the most attractive part of library. History section is one of my favourite among rest of the library sections. I thoroughly enjoy going through it.
However, I feel disappointed whenever I visit library due to lack of wheel-chair ramps. It is evident that everyone is going to get aged with time. Infact, I myself is having a life-time membership and would like to continue my library visit even when I would be aging. Therefore, wheel-chair ramp is need of today, so that everyone can have access to library irrespective of their physical barriers.
It would be great if library could think of building a ramp just next to staircase at main entrance. This would encourage even older people to visit library. Being a public library, everyone should have access to it irrespective of their age and challenges they face.
It would be great if management thinks towards improving the accessibility of library for all, after all it’s a public library.
Thanking you
Regards
Shelley
