Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well.I am excited to know that you have asked me to recommend what services and facilities have to be enhanced.I have been using springdale library for my study purposes since my high school.I loved the digital materials provided in the library and the quite environment to study.I am a science student and I was satisfied with the fictional and non-fictional books you keep on shelves.

On the other hand,I disliked the long waiting time inorder to book study rooms and the cost related in accessing computers for multi purposes.Futher,I could see some other genre books are not available online.These are the things I observed as places where consideration is required.

Moreover,I would suggest to change the infrastructure of the library that could make different age-group peoples to select their comfort zone.I would be glad if you could change the computer system for multi-tasking.I would be looking forward to see changes and thank you for including my reviews for your decisions
