Dear sir,

I am writing regarding the request to the suggestion in the improvement of library, as mentioned that the improvement will be done based on customers opinion.

Firstly, the accomodation of librabry is nearer to my residence. Secondly, the area inside is spacious. The ventilations, are proper for the room. Lastly, Their are more number of books and informative resources.

Besides, It takes time for me to search for certain books, which is due to improper organisation. Sometimes I feel difficulty in finding seats to sit and read books. I also notice lack of computers.

In order to improve, I would suggest you to have more seating arrangements, increase the number of computers. In the case of reconstruction, I would recommend you to reconstruct new different shelves for books and novels to look the library more effective.
