Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to share my suggestions to improve the services and facilities at the public library.

To begin with, I spend a lot of time in the library to study and work. I like how the place is quiet and the staff there are very welcoming. Also, what I like most is the modern computers available at the library.

However, I notice something about the book categories you have there are some books I can not find even though it is an old one. In addition, the policy for borrowing a book is so difficult! I need to fill out a lot of paperwork.

To address these problems, I would like to suggest that you include more types of books in the library. Another suggestion is regarding the process of borrowing a book please try to make the process less complicated and faster. I hope my suggestions will help in the improvements of our local public library.
