Dear Mr. Adil,

I hope this finds you well. I am writing to you as a result of an inconcvinience because of your dog barking. Recently your dog brak became very loud at night especially on midnight and before down.

This is unfortinatly disturbing my sleep which furthermore have effected my productivity at work. My manager is noticing this as well which led him to send me a warning email.

I have been trying to ignore the noise caused by your dog lately, as a matter of fact I tried taking sleeping medications. However, the noise is getting louder every night, and the medications are not working out anymore.

I would like to politly ask you to take care of this issue by calming your dog down, limit its interaction with others, put it into sleep, or even lock him inside at night, so this does not bother your neighbors again.
