Dear Mr. Sharma,

I am writing to express a problem that i have been facing because of your dog’s barking at night.

I am Raman Sharma, your next door neighbour. As i am an employee of a company, i need to work till midnight, but because of your dog’s barking i am unable to concentrate on my work. Therefore, I did not meet deadlines of my work, and scolded by my seniors. Additionally, lack of proper sleep is another problem that I am experiencing. I often stay up late, leading to late for work.

I want to recommend some measures that can be taken to rectify this problem. You can hire someone to look after your dog or taking him for a walk early in the mornings as well as evenings would be a good solution to diminish this problem.
