Dear neighbour,

I am writing this letter for the sole purpose of asking you to take care of the noises that occured recently because of your dog. The disturbance is simply overwhelming especially in the evening. As you already know my work shift ends at exactly 8.00 pm, and when I usually get back home after a long day I feel like it is within my rights to have a rest, however once I try to lay down down on my bed I am met with quite a heavy noise and I believe that it’s coming from your own dog.

I sincerely hope that you take my complaint under consideration, because this particular disturbance has caused a lot of suffering for my family and I. Moreover, my sleeping schedule isn’t exactly ideal to say the least, not to mention that the impact of this issue is undeniably significant.

I suggest that we meet over a cup of coffee in order to reach an amicable resolution to this specific problem and bury the hatchet. I believe in the necessacity of having an admirable relationship between neighbors that could be built on respect, tolerance, and understanding. At last, I expect you to deal with this matter in a civilized manner and welcome my suggestion with an open mind.
