Dear Celia,
I am writing to you today to discuss a predicament, which has been prevalent since you brought your new dog, Loki, home. As you are aware, I work from home whereas you go out for your job. During the time you are out, Loki barks continuously with only a few pauses to rest. This is causing me distress as I can not focus on my work and meeting with the constant background noise.
I believe Loki is not used to being in a small room, and therefore, you can look into leaving him in dog-care centres while you work. Additionally, you can hire a dog walker who can come by to take him on a walk and play with him for a while.
As you know, I am quite fond of dogs, and I would love to volunteer for this. He can come over and play with me and my dog, Lilly. Please think it over as I am sure other residents on our floor might also have some complaints about the regular noise. Loki seems like a sweet dog; ergo I am positive we will get along well.
I hope you agree to my proposal!
Your dear neighbour,
Manavi Sharma
