You have a friend who is coming to visit you in your town next month. However, you will be away on a business trip during their visit. Write a letter to your friend. You should include details about: the reason you will be away; an alternative plan to meet them (e.g., suggest a different time or arrange for a mutual friend to host them); a suggestion of places they could visit or activities they could do in your absence.
