Most of the employees in whole industries worldwide think that high monthly income is more beneficial than feel satisfied by what they do to gain life expenses; in my point of view, I totally agree with them
First of all, income is the main thing in shaping the employer life and the level of luxury because, working hours will end and rest of the day is the time which you have fun and rest with the money you gain through that work; however, the real value for any job is the money you gain from it; if working in a high salary job then the luxury and life level will be higher even if you are not accepting the work you do but at the end getting back home in a new car to your luxury house with no bills or anything that exuhsting your mind is way better than working in a job you love it but with low monthly income will make you fell horrible all the time and even stressed or could make you look for a part time job to afford the main life expenses
As a result, its clear for any one that the time you spend with your family connected with how much you gain, because the more you gain, the more time and variety in the holidays you can do with them For example, if you have a high monthly income, you can travel abroad with your family every holiday to a new country with happy memories, that will provide a variety of food and well-nutrition for the whole family
Also, salary is tight to the education level that provided for the children; more money you get means better schools and easy access to the colleague when they grow; as a result, more opportunities will be available for them for better jobs with high income for them, which will help them to build a good family with strong bonds and provide for their family good education, better healthcare and well nutrition
In conclusion, job satisfaction will not provide a luxury life without a high salary. Also, salary is more important in covering everything from basics to add-ons, which are all important at the end for your physical and mental health.
