On the one hand, there are many benefits in eating this way, such as saving time, easy access any where, and it provides a wide-range of food types. When one has a busy day and do not have enough time for cooking, the best way is ordering food. The best advantage of which is ease of access. It means, they can order food in many ways, for example ordering online, over a phone call, and even on their way home. Another advantage is the range of meals they can order, such as sea food, fast food, Persian food, Asian food or anything they want at that moment.
On the other hand, this type of eating also has disadvantages. Firstly, fast foods and frozen meals are not healthy because the former is cooked over high temprature and contains type of fats which are not good for human health. They lead to diseases, such as heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes. Moreover, frozen foods and frozen ingredients lose their nutrients which human body needs, for example vitamins, proteins and amino acids unlike fresh foods. Secondly, the quality of ingredients are very important. This is unkown for some people eating this way.
In conclusion, positives and negatives of eating ready-foods were compared. The best advantages are saving time and also the range of meals provides, in contrast, it has many disadvantages the worst of which is not beeing healthy and good for human’s body. In the end, one can hope to have better health if they were not forced to choose ready meals.
