Band 4+: As most people spend a major part of their adult life at work, job satisfaction is an important element of individual wellbeing. What factor contributes to job satisfaction? How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all workers?

Spending most of time at work makes important that be happy with what people do for their salary. Companies spend money for researching employeer’s satisfaction every year because they want to keep experienced humans. This essay will explain how related psychological wellbeing and work life.

There are several factors that can affect motivation when person is working at company. Also these factors depend on job type, industry, occupation or location.

I strongly believe that, work-life balance is extremely important. For instance, workers have to complete 45 hours per week at work in my country, that is Turkiye. That’s why, many people have been moving to different country which they can spend less time in work environment for a long time. On the other hand, clear career plans need to create exact path, so you can imagine what next step is and what waiting are you as a worker. Everyone wants to know that.

However, many different job titles are existed in the world. Unfourtunately, some people have to prefer bad job that doesn’t make happy when working. Especially, living in the poor countries that gives another challenges people who have to earn money for expenses such as working for two different job. In my opinion, being happy with the job is not possible for all employeers. Because every job has specific requirenments that are painful sometimes such as making tired or not enought salary.

In conclusion, this essay explained how job satisfaction is important for our life and how can we improve our happiness during job time for our wellbeing. Also it discussed about work-life balance and career improvement plans. Job satisfaction is impossible for all workers.
