As one of the main difficulties in my work is the abundance of jobs and tasks from different areas. When carrying out these obligations, there are several nuances that I should pay the most important attention to, as an example of which, first of all, I can mention being responsible, attentive, punctual and prompt. Despite the fact that I have a lot of job responsibilities, in order to be able to carry out all the work on time and correctly, I need to pay attention to every detail, do research and, as a result, come to the right conclusion by making the right decision. Also necessary are the issues of proper management and the correct distribution of work between personnel. It should also be one of my main skills to make timely and correct decisions in order to provide appropriate support in the elimination of problems in the consideration of Civil Appeals, which is one of my functions. One of the main characteristics that I need when carrying out all this work activity is the development of my ability to think analtically.
I think this course will play an important role in order to avoid problems in the above-mentioned areas or to develop my ability to overcome the problem through timely adequate solutions when faced with any problem situation.
I note that as a civil servant, working closely with citizens and personnel, the course “public policy implementation” will help to develop my skills in this field, to overcome problems both proactively and in a reactive manner by deeply mastering the issues of civil and state relations.
