Band 5+: Children who are brought up in families that do not have large amounts of money are better with prepared to deal with the problems of adult life than children brought up by wealthy parents. To what extent do you agree or disagree this opinion?

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

It is argued that, children whose parents has a huge problem with financial resources can prepare their children to the future better than kids whose family is rich. I disagree with this option, because wealthy parents give more attention to improve their child, while poor ones are concentrated on solving financial issues. However, some rich people are totally kind to their kids, that makes them dependent on their parents.

There are some reasons, why individuals who were born in poor families have more chances to succeed in life. If there are a lot of challenges such as shortage of food, debts or humiliating, children will spend their childhood with learning how to solve them. It will make them well prepared to the adults world without any support. Also it gives them a huge motivation to achieve their goals. Especially, when they see how their parents are suffering. For instance, Muhammad Ali was born into a poor family, also he was bullied a lot at school. Additionally, he had already known the meaning of real life since his childhood, this is why he was the best boxer who entered into history.

Even though some children may solve family problems related to poverty, there is still a higher percentage of wealthy children who will be enjoying their bright future. Because they have more opportunities to upgrade their skills. Similarly, their parents are wise and can control their discipline of hardworking, also successful fathers know which abilities is necessary for the near future and can give an advice to their new generations. For instance, Elon Mask was a son of the owner of half of the emerald company, situated in Zimbabwe. Elon used a part of his dad’s assets to work on his self, that’s why he is currently the richest man on the planet.

To conclude, teenagers of wealthy families have 100% chance to be strong in adulthood if they are not poorly educated, but poor kids also have chances, but not as huge as the wealthy ones.

I partially agree that children from less affluent families might excel at managing problems; however, the most crucial factor is not money, but the personal values they learn.
