Children who grew in the environment where their families were not financially blessed are better as adults in handling their problems compared to the children raised by rich parents. In my opinion, this statement is true to some extent and I would give my reasons in this essay.
People learn a lot through their childhood and often their upbringing has a lot of impact in their adult life. Children from poor background have the ability to be content with what they have. This helps them further as adults to utilize their resources as much as possible. I personally feel my cousins who grew rich instinctively go to their parents as soon as they have any financial or work-related problem. In addition to that, people who grew poor have an advantage over people who grew wealthy as they consider every aspect of life and think from every angle whenever making a decision. For example, my friend’s family had to go through financial struggles which actually kept him motivated in studies.
Although money is not the answer for many problems, it can still help with a lot of things. It cannot be denied that rich people have better opportunities for education as well as work which further helps a lot in shaping an individual. There are many examples of children of entrepreneurs who further expanded their parent’s businesses.
In conclusion, considering the mentioned points it can be said that people who were brought up in poor families often turn out better at maintaining responsibilities than children brought up by wealthy parents.
