Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

It is often argued that in contemporary society, childhood overweight has become increasingly prominent in many countries. This essay will elaborate on the causes and possible solutions related to this concern. Moreover, I provide an interesting characterization and exemplify essential elements to justify my claim from my perspective.

One major issue for this trend is that obesity causes some long-term medical complications, such as diabetes, cholesterol and cardiovascular diseases. For instance, nowadays, many individuals have busy schedules with their work. Therefore, they try to give ultra-proceed food, including pizza, submarine and fried chicken for their children. However, it is more convenient and save their time. As a result, their kids will have some negative consequences, especially overweight. Another problem is that youth obesity reduces social interactions between their family and peers. Ultimately, they may become socially detached and behave mechanically. Furthermore, it leads to negative emotions, like frustration, depression, anxiety and stress. Overall, this point highlights how adolescent obesity play a crucial role in shaping health issues and negative emotions.

On the other hand, there are numerous solutions for this concern. To address this issue, one effective measure is that governments can implement some awareness programs about balanced diets. For example, countries, such as Australia, New Zealand and Canada carry out awareness programs and health campaigns for their citizens. From this action policymakers have encouraged their young citizens to switch from calorie-dense food to nutritious food. At the final stage, they could decline rate of childhood obesity in a short period. Additionally, another solution is that proper parental guidance play a significant role for obesity in children. In facts, parents can guide their kids very well. In addition, they can educate their children about healthier diet and lifestyles, which are essential for their academic performance and holistic well-being. Nevertheless, it clearly illustrates these solutions play a vital role in strengthening healthier dietary habits.

To sum up, in this modern era, teenage obesity has gradually increased over the period because this can encourage chronic diseases and lack of human interactions. Looking ahead, it is recommended that awareness programs and health campaigns can be supported for their development to achieve sustainable and beneficial outcomes.
