In the contemproray era, a growing number of people are choosing to work and study remotely, due to affordable and accessible technology. From my perspective, I personally believe that computers are the most important invention of the last hundred years, for several reasons.
One of the primary advantages of computers is gaining a lot of useful information. With the rapid growth of technology, individuals can find any information on the Internet which they want. When there was no computers in the world, people could not get in touch with each other, and also it was too hard to know what happens in the world right now. By using computers, we gained lots of data, for example about climate change. I think that, today everyone before going out check on the Internet the weather outside, and it is the most significant thing in the modern world. So, it is only one reason why I believe that computers is the most important invention.
Another significnant advantage of the computers is remotely working and studying. Individuals now have the flexibility to engage in work or academic pursuits from the comfort of their home. This eliminates the need for going to physical locations, which can consume a significant amount of time on a daily basis. For instance, if people do not have a computer they have to go to work, and spend their time their without any comfort, etc.
In conclusion, I completely agree that computers are the most important invention of the last hundred years.
