Throughout a long history of technology, the world has been witnessed a vast number of advanced techniques that have been developed and improved to meet needs of people. From my experience, I am a firm belief that computers always are greatly assistant advanced devices that can help people work more effectively. In this essay, I would discuss this problem more detailed.
One one hand, it is undeniable that since the evolution of computer started, people have experienced the mastery of advanced technological techniques. It is apparent that individuals are assisted a lot by computers, from managing their work to promoting their work performance. For a typical example, there are a useful software for work management such as lists to do developed by Microsoft to help users control and order important stuffs they have to tackle. Furthermore, there are some greatly important functions of computers that other smart devices do not have are PowerPoint and Word. With a simple example, it is evident that computers are a great assistant for people to control and improve their work efficiency.
Moreover, people can use computers for their relaxation, such as listening to music, playing the game, and they are also a suitable place where individuals enjoy a vast number of film series, after the long tiring working time. However, this is considered a main culprit of reducing the concentration and wasting their time for unnecessary stuffs if they do not manage their time effectively. In brief, although the computer can bring benefits for users, it is necessary to manage their time to avoid wasting time for unnecessary things.
In conclusion, the advancement of computer functions as a double-edge swords in working and studying realms. Their potential to enhance working and learning is undeniable, but risk the risk of distraction necessitates a measured approach.
