Band 4+: Countries are becoming more and more similar because people are able to buy the same products anywhere in the world. Do you think this is a positive or negative development?

Since the world is globalizing it is started to be easier to have what you want and find the products which belong to other countries. In this essay the negative affectsof this will be discussed.

In the twentieth century people are able to find other countries’ stuff immediatly in their own country. The advertising sector have a big influence on society to push them to purchase same things and consume it immediately to bring the new ones. However, these strategies bring a huge corruption of a culture within. People leave the tradional ones and go after the modern and popular ones this situation causes similar civilizations and life styles.

In addition, achieving everthing for a country which is not able to produce by itself requires a lot energy for transportatilon of products, tariff costs and so on. These process can bring damage to eco – system, natural life. In economic ways, it mas be more expensive trying to bring them into country instead of producing your own brands. In other words, producing you own clothes, foods also may be new labor areas and work places for unemployed native people. Moreover, this means gaining economcally and keeping the culture safely.

All in all, buying same products and becoming similar is totally negative since it is a big threat to culture and labor of the country. It is a one of the biggest result of capitalism trap to put people in a lazy life and influence people easily and push them to what capitalism demand
