On the one hand, miserable people don’t have any right for take education. In addition, if you want take education, your family must have enough money for provide your education fees. For example, in Germany, forign students must at least eleven thousend euro for deposit for their education. If you are living in low- income family, you must work for your school or university fees. At this time, the student which is both work and go to school or university must divide to two parts, at the end of this student might be decided to left the school. Therefore, Education should be paid and managed by students’ parent.
On the other hand, the students whic are they live in the middle or high- income family, they can provide their school or university fees, or they wouldn’t need work for their fees. For instance, I live in midle-income family, and my family can acquire my education, or my cousin live in high-income family and his parents can provide his university fees. Thus, if your family can provide your fees you will can work more efficently and enjoy their education with provided benefits.
To conclude, having a budget that you take education might be a source of tranquillity, but your family has enough budget or income for your educational fees is far more important if your family hasn’t enough money for your educational fees.
