Perhaps the idea of employers should give their workers at least one month holiday a year has become a widespread one in recent decades, however many individuals holding different beliefs on it. Personally, I definitely agree with the above expressed statement and there are many compelling reasons to support my view.
First and the most significant thing is that, I think it is workers should be rest, this might be because entertainment is essential to a healthy life. The fact that after a month’s vacation, workers feel relaxed would be particularly best illustration here because they can be very tired.
On the other end of scale, not only workers become lazy but also if the workers are on vacation the company may not develop. This is a result of close company down. Furthermore, the holidays affect the growth of the company serves as an additional examples that proves tha side of the argument being held by me.
In addition, that if workers will rest they work well. It is true to advocate that workers can be very tired.Yet, I am unconvinced that close company down since the idea of should not be neglected as well. It is my belief that workers should be avarded one month holiday.
The facts which is highlighted above, it can be inferred that from the job is indispensable for a healthy work nevertheless this breaks negatively impact the productivity and competency of the emloyees.
