In this modern advanced world, the deflation rate is still quite high in rural areas due to the regional authorities since they do not provide higher education to their vicinity people. In my opinion, I partially agree with this statement. The views will be discussed in the forthcoming paragraphs.
Initiating the points with the first school of thought, Firstly, in rural areas the amenities were not sufficient including transport, medical, educational etcetera. Consequently, in case of emergency they must go to urban places for better treatment. Therefore, the chances of unemployment rate also increased. Owing to the fact that, they are not much higher civilized to deal in any organizational firm. Moreover, the union is enhancing the awareness campaign for only primary education. For example, they are opening the Anganwadi and small schools where they can learn basic skills.
On the other hand, if the scholars were continuing their higher qualification from other states the transportation services were also worst. They will start permanently moving to urban areas seeking better technologies. However, the population has also started decreasing in the villages. Similarly, due to excess of people the pollution index parameter has also been rising. Furthermore, if regional members were planning to improve the amenities in slum locations, then these places were also capable in all kinds of field. Since for cognitive development people must be educated afterwards, they can select their future according to their own talent.
To Conclude, our empowerment has already passed the budget for the improvement of these locations, yet these steps were on a smaller level but, in consecutive years they upgrade these areas with full of facilities.
