In many countries, young people have little to no time for themselves and are under a lot of pressure to be diligent in their studies. The main cause of this pressure comes from their parents, pushing them too hard to achieve. A suitable solution regarding this matter comes from the student itself having to figure out how studying isn’t the main source to success.
The main cause of young people being under a lot of pressure is their parent’s high expectations. Most parents especially when their child is in college, has really high expectations for their child to succeed well. These high expectations often push the child to keep pushing themselves beyond their capabilities, and eventually burning out in the end.
While there aren’t many ways to combat this, there are still some suitable solutions for this matter such as realization. Realization here means to realize that studying isn’t the only way to success. While studying helps a lot and all students should study, overly studying isn’t the only way to succeed in education. Rather than focusing on theory that studying usually promotes, it might be better to try and find a creative mindset, finding various ways to tackle problems in their expertise, rather than studying and solving everything with pure theory.
In conclusion, the main cause of this problem is the high expectations parents usually put in their child to succeed, pushing their child to study beyond their limit and leave no time for themselves. The solution to this problem is to help the student realize that overly studying isn’t the only way to succeed, rather finding a creative mindset for themselves is a much more efficient way.
