Amost all of the people wish to have a good facilated life wih security feeling for themselves and their families , specially the children, so the attention of immigration to the developed countries has been increased during last years, which is getting a big issue for original countries’ governments because of its side effects on well educated work force and good gene reservation and subsequently the worst effect on the country’s development process.
During these days so many people, specialy talented well ejucated young ones have the desire to immigrate to foreign contries for so many resons the most important is lack of modern life facilies and job oppurtunities and feeling of security , it is happening in developing countries such as my country , we are witness of exiting so many physicians and engeenies during last decades, for example about 2000 physician and nurses have left Iran from 3 years ago and just in one fight 10 engeneers who were graduated from Sharif university have immigrated to USA.
Immigration can effect the origin society in so many aspects, which are not always positive, because it can reduce the young work force and good genes and the population growth index that are so important for develop the country and society, and it is hapeening for third world countries and is getting a big issue for their government such as Iran, for example during last decade we dont have enough skilled work force in so many field specially health care field , and so many hospitals are in the absence of nurses or physicians which can have bad effects on public health.
