The issue of the breaking traffic laws are becoming more and more pressing today in many countries. This issue is mainly caused by unnecessary use of mobile phones or speeding. The most effective solution is for governments to stricter the punishment and to improve or implement the video-recording system for oversight.
The primary cause of the breaking traffic regulations is the insufficient usage of smartphones and exessive speed. As technology develop, some people cannot imagine their lives without phones or headphones. Walking on the streets citizens might constanly scrolling the news or plaing video games. While crossing the road, particularly at night, it is highly important to turn off the phone, put it inside the bag and carefully cross the road. If people would not done it, it can lead to horrable consequences. For instance, according to recent research, there is an increasing number of accidents in Russia due to the phone usage. Another contributing factor is that living in the fast-developing world force people to speed. Some individuals believe that if they been late, some would imposed sanctions to them, especially in terms of study or work. For instance, some children tend to cross the road not only in the forbidden place but also running to the other side. It generally provides a dangerous situation for both pedestrians and drivers.
A practical solution to this issue would be to introduce more stricter punishment for people and providing efficient recording system. Firstly, local authorities might make the laws stricter, which means the people breaking the laws must pay for it an amount of money. If the breaker is a child, the tax need to be paid by their parents. Secondly, improving recording systems provides the opportunity to fix the crime faster and effectively.
In conclusion, breaking the traffic regulations are largely results of unnecesary phone use and speeding. However, by introdusing stricter law and make the oversight system efficient, governmet can diminish the rate of road accident in the long-term period.
