It is often argued that due to increasing population in cities, areas of land that are used as parks are recommended to transform for housing. I completely agree with statement and believe that this is a excellent way to solve the problem with overpopulation.
First of all, I reckon that building new houses on park areas gives opportunity to control and improve demography level in cities. If people do not have enough place for living, standard of living and happiness of citizens would decrease considerably. For example, countries with high level of population and low level of housing often surrey because of people of these countries face to big problems of overpopulation. That is why it is more important to choose the happiness of citizens than nature.
Secondly, building houses not only gives workplaces for citizens, but it also gives opportunity for small business starts close to new buildings. In other word, people will work and pay taxes for government. Thus, the budget of country will be increase and authority are capable of building new parks or more housing areas. For instance, individual bought the parks territory from government and built new apartments for people and thus solve problems with overpopulation, unemployment, and low budget of city.
In conclusion, I strongly believe that this way of solving problem with overpopulation is the most beneficial because it not only finds the solution for increasing population, but it also decline unemployment rate and raise city’s economy.
