There are very few people in who earns high range of salary in many countries. Earning higher by people may be better for the country but government should put certain limit to the range of salary after certain level.

On the one hand, earning a high salary for any individual is extremely important for fulfilling their necessities and demands. Some people not only suppose to fulfill their individual needs and demands but also the rest of family which may include any number. With the growing modernization, the demands of people are growing together which is believed to fulfilled by the head of the family. Taking the example of a wife who have choice not to earn but to take care of the babies and rest of the member in the family have her own needs and demands which if not fulfilled may point fingers towards the inability of head of family.

On the other hand, with some people getting paid greater stipend is distancing the chance of normal people of getting the salary where one couldn’t fulfill even the indivdual’s demands. With the higher salary, increases the tax to be paid, makes people excesssible to unneccary expenses and producing more environmental hazards. Higher salary also brings the pride with itself. There’s a saying “Richer are getting more rich, and poorer are getting more poor”, this may have come from the reality that the opportunity for poor are less in the countries since most of the money are being given away to highest paid workers.

In conclusion, government should implement the rule of high salary payment to certain range so that everyone would get equal chance of being paid and living a quality life.
