Incomes of many people in some countries are dramatically high. People argue with each other whether government have to reduce the incomes to particular amount, or it have to remain because this is useful for country. Although it may be good to minimize the earnings, I personally believe that giving an independence to workers with high salaries is more beneficial.
On one hand, introducing a minimal salary may possess an advantage. Staffs which are working for a small salary may be jealous to workers with a high profit. For example, if someone working on a similar job but colleagues are earning more than this people, such person lose an enjoyment from his or her job. As a result, there will be works with a low quality, it leads to losing customers. Furthermore, goods which prepared by these kinds of staffs might lead to several dangerous conditions.
On the other hand, I believe that workers with a high experience should earn or remain if their salary as high as their works calculated. By doing this, there will be a sense of occupation and inspiration of other staffs will be increased. The staff that worked on a particular job for a long period should be counted as a professional of his job and should be awarded with an extremely high-ranking wage. As a result, customers will be able to distinguish workers with their works, and they will appreciate them. Therefore, staff with a low income become to work and gain experience to increase his or her profit. By doing such thing, there will be higher quality in terms of work, therefore, it will be useful for companies.
In conclusion, despite the advantages of minimizing an income of workers in my opinion particular workers should earn higher.
