Some people argue that it is beneficial for the country if minority of people earn extremely high salary. Conversely, others think that salary of individuals must not exceed a certain limit. This essay outlines both the views along with my opinion in the subsequent paragraphs.
High salary should be provided to citizens who involve in the roles of soldiers, medical professionals and fireman because they risk their life for others. They are valuable asset to the country as they work for the welfare of the people in the country. For instance, during COVID 19 pandemic, medical professionals risk their lives to ensure the health of the community.
However, government should not allow salaries above a certain level because every job has its own dignity, no job is considered to be superior. Each and every person in the country works for the betterment of the nation. For example, if the municipality cleaner does not work for a day, the chance of spreading of infectious diseases through files and mosquitoes will be high. Therefore everyone should be treat equal and paid equal.
In conclusion, my opinion is there must a salary limit for maintaining work balance. It is because if a particular profession is paid highly, young generation would have a tendency to choose that particular profession. As a result, there would be a decline in the number of workers in other fields.
