Nowadays, the trend of paying large sum of wages is increasing in certain countries. It is often argued that this is a positive development for a country, whilst others contradict and think it will lead to adverse ramifications. This essay agrees that extremely high salaries should inspire people to work hard and increases their wish to climb ladder of that position.
On the one hand, large fees provided to workers will devote many workers to join a company. This can inspire them to work hard and gain that level of skills. Moreover, if this practices continues then, one day government will also try to adapt this method. It is therefore agreed that extra huge salaries is a very worthwhile method for a nation. Google is a prime example, where it offers high wages to workers. So, people influenced to get that job and try to acquire more skills.
However, many disagree and feel that allowing high salaries to certain people would create inequality between workers. In addition, small salary owners lead towards illegal activities and poverty. Despite this, lowest salary employers still get a chance to engaged with high salaries if they gain that level of salaries. That’s why this essay disagree that minor salary would develop discrimination in them. For instance, according to the survey, TATA company provide salaries according to their salaries and ever workers are satisfied and respect the industry rules and regulation.
In conclusion, although, low salaries workers have right to raise their voice for a suitable salary, I believe, in order to do that, they should work on their skills, which can be more profitable to get extra large sum.
