In this modern world, the short number of people are able to get very high level of monthly and it is considered to be good situation for some countries. However, majority of population argue that there should have limited amount of salary for everybody. I think, this development can be cause to some troubles among rich and poor-minded people respectively.
On the one hand, the giving big amount of salary to limited group of workers is truely benefical for the country because in high salary jobs workers may value their occupation too much and responsinility of employees canincrease considerably. Moreover, financial side of the govenment also can get benefit cause they give such amount of salary to sorted people who can give back it with great results or imputs. As a result, the number of well-educated people may start to grow then in a society good workers can become crucial part to develop.
On the other hand, although having a equal level of salaries can reduce discrimination between well-knowledgable and not educated people, this can be cause to some hard losts in each country. Because of not earning enough money that is suitable to employees hard work, they may get angry and the preference to live or works in foreign countries may become higher than stay at that country. In other words, people who are not owner of good knowledge may mock others with saying the importance of study, as a consequences educated people may leave as not being able get satisfied from wrokplaces. What’s more this situation may affect to country’s rate of workers eho are very responsible.
In conclusion, even though earning high amount of salary for only small group of people can be benefical for the govenrment, this may lead to some problems among population which may reduce the number of professional works in a country
