In many countries, teenagers are involved in crime and the crime rate has increased rapidly day by day compared to the past. I will give some reason why teenagers commit these types of crime and also suggest some solutions on how to overcome this problem.
The criminal activities increased among teenagers because their parents are busy with outdoor work and the parents do not spend quality time with teenagers. The parents do not give proper guidance and teenagers do not get enough attention from their parents and also they do not sharing their emotions and feelings. So, they feeling lonely, isolated, and frustrated. Moreover media shows nothing educative and teenagers used to watch criminal activities for their entertainment purpose. They watch violent movies and playing violent games, as a result, it is effect their psychological adverse and they adopt these types of activities into their lives. As a consequence, teenagers commit these types of crime in real life.
The government should take steps to prevent all these crimes and other people and parents should pay attention to their children. The government play vital role to support the juvenile miscreants and also they provide counciling to those teenagers who commit crimes. The government should open youth centers and also gives opportunities to the teenagers to do outdoor activities such as playing sports in playground, arrange competition and the government should arrange for a playground after every three or four buildings. The government should instruct the media to avoid showing violent contents and instead focus on broadcasting educational and informative contents. Specially, parents should try to spend quality time with their children and showing love. Also parents provide caring and friendly environment.
