In recent times, fast food has been present in every person’s day, even with the knowledge of its effects on people’s diets and lifestyles. I agree that it negatively affects people since it can lead to obesity and low performance.
Unfortunately, the rise of fast food consumption imbalances people’s diets, which leads to obesity. Consuming unhealthy food daily, even with exercising, affects a person’s body by increasing the unhealthy fat in it; thus, exercising makes it worse, which leads to obesity that also affects people’s lifestyles by making the practice of daily tasks more challenging. In addition, it also increases the risk of infection with other chronic subdependent diseases, such as cancer, diabetes, and heart disease.
Another determined effect of the impact of fast food on people’s performance is this: Working as a builder, dealing with house chores or children as a mother, requires physical and mental effort, which is generated by vitamins and proteins that are present in our healthy diets. However, with the destruction of these diets by consuming unhealthy food, we disable our bodies from obtaining those necessary nutrients that boost our energy and allow us to perform better; so it directly affects our potential. As a result, the builder will be unable to lift more weight, and the mother will find it challenging and wind up spending a longer time taking care of both house chores and children.
To conclude, fast food’s presence in people’s everyday meals affects their diets and lifestyles. Obviously, I agree that it has a determining impact on people’s health by causing obesity and lowering their performance.
