Nowadays, local taxi drivers are less needy in many countries. İnstead of them, people tend to use ride sharing apps which offer them a better price for a driving. This situation has some advantages and the disadvantages at the same time.
Firstly, the greater advantage is for the passengers. Because these taxis are much cheaper and helpful for them. App users don’t need to waste their time for looking for a local taxi or inform them about the way. On the other hand, catching the online taxis is much quicker and unstressful. With this way passengers get more relaxed and comfy while being on the way.
However, beside these benefits, ride-sharing apps have some disadvantages. First of all, when people want to call them where they are, they can face some difficulties. For example, the internet may be a problem for them, driver can’t come quicklier. When this thing happens, the time passes and passenger can run out of patience. İt can create some argues between the customer and the driver. Or sometimes we can see that some drivers want extra money from the people. That’s the another challenge for the individuals. They might have to pay much more than the real price which they have to pay. So, we see the benefits and some difficulties of the same service.
İn conclusion, from my perspective, both of the taxis may have some problems at the same time. We have to be careful while selecting them for going somewhere. That’s my all ideas about the topic.
