Nowadays, in many countries, people are leading increasingly sedentary lifestyle and have adopted processed food. Consequently, people suffer from various health problems, which can reduce their life expectancy. So, I think that it is very difficult and popular problem.
At the first, many people, especially young population, rely on processed food, like fast food, frozen products and soft drinks, because it is very convenient, easy and requires little preparation. At the second, technology reduces the need for physical activity, given it is very comfortable to find everything there. Moreover, it can lead to addiction or different illness, such as stress, anxiety, mental health, eye sight and backache if people spend too much time on screen. Also, processed food is widely available and attractive to consumers. Because of it, population suffer from problems, such as obesity or malnutrition, since composition contains a lot of sugar, salt and fats, which is harmful for health.
So, to solve this problem, governments can introduce clearer food systems and restrict advertising of unhealthy food. In addiction, close some benches and markets of processed food, or set a limit for every person that they can use in month. Change processed markets by healthy food markets, and make advertising posts with popular individuals. Moreover, city authorities should improve public health and promote physical activity, organize sport competitions, like marathons. Furthermore, schools and workplaces can provide more opportunities for physical activity, such as sports facilities. People should raise health awareness, receive medical treatment or vitamins to immune system, maintain a healthy lifestyle and follow a balanced diet.
In conclusion, I think that it becomes very serious problem in many countries, and mortality rate increasing gradually. Consumption of processed food and sedentary lifestyle growing caused by busy schedules, technology developments and marketing of unhealthy food. However, this trend can be decide with government support, regulations, rules, and better opportunities for physical activities and medical services.
